So it's been almost a week since the wedding, and I guess I ordered more refreshments for the reception than was necessary. We've been piecing on sheetcake and sandwiches this week. The sandwiches were gone by Tuesday, but we had one more sheetcake that had only 3 pieces missing. Steve asked Conner to just throw it away, it wasn't good anymore...this is Conner we're talking about here. He decided it would be fun to plaster his face in it, along with his friends. Then they mashed it up into a pile of goo, had a cake war, and pretty much slaughtered it. You would never guess this pile started out as a cake. It's amazing what kids think is fun. YUCK!
