Driving??? Are you nuts?

Steve had a funny situation happen with his driving the other day. I always let him drive to work with his learners permit. On this particular day he stopped at the stop sign and was going to turn left onto Main Street. There were about 6 cars coming from the right, but none from the left so Steve decided to pull out into the center lane. He then eased his way into the little clump of 6 cars. (I would not have done that...) The car he pulled in in front of changed lanes and came around him on the right side, she slowed down and screamed out her window, "LEARN TO DRIVE!!". I shouted back, "He's trying!" but she was not amused.
