Maizey

I do not do this very often, but recently, with all my kids moving on, I find myself alone with my dog quite a bit. And my dog is so funny!!

 

There have been a few times just in the last month that I hear her whining, and when I go to find her, this is what I see.

 

 She's stuck in the bathtub. This is totally new, but is happening frequently. The other day, I was laying in my bed and I heard a splash in the bathroom. When I went in to check it out, Maizey was in the tub, which was half way full. Steve had just taken a bath, and was draining the tub. I'm not sure what her deal is, but it's pretty funny.

Yesterday I was just in the bathroom, and as I was coming out, this is what I saw.

It melted my heart!! She just wants someone to play with, and us old people are pretty boring! Maizey has really grown on us. She's such a funny dog, and she's so sweet.

 

I think we'll keep her!
