Sunday Dinner

On Sunday, I was about to make dinner when Kaylea told me she didn't want the same old thing we have every week. She was insistent that she would make dinner for me, and I shouldn't worry about anything. Well, I gave in and Kaylea set to work. She found fresh Salmon that dad's friend brought back from Alaska, and went online to figure out how to prepare it. She started cooking the salmon and I asked what else she was going to make to go with it. She didn't know. I offered to bake some potatoes and told her to come up with a vegetable. She decided to go with fruit instead so she got out a can of pears and opened it. I told her that one can of pears would not feed the whole family so she got out a couple of apples and cut them up. Then she decided that salsa would count for a vegetable, so she added chips and salsa, and topped it all off with oreos . This was the most interresting Sunday dinner I've ever had, salmon, baked pototoes, canned pears, apples, chips and salsa, oreos and milk. Kaylea's husband is in for a treat, a weird treat, but a treat none the less! She'd kill me if she knew I posted this picture. I'm not sure what happened with the lighting, but her eyes look a little bit freaky.
